What We Offer

BSOSS presents Caregiver Wellness Series twice a year with guest speakers who will provide information about one or more aspects of caregiving. These sessions are designed to offer resources and support for unpaid caregivers.

If you provide unpaid support for a relative, partner or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or substance misuse problems, you are a caregiver.

The daily or periodic involvement of caregiving can be an overwhelming experience and potentially change one's personal, family and social life. By receiving information from our speakers we hope to assist you in finding solutions, managing stress of caregiving and improving your quality of life.

Continuing Support & Education Series
This program is held on the last Wednesday morning of each month. The objective of these sessions is to deliver educational, affirmative, and resourceful workshops to increase personal awareness of our participants and with an aim to reduce stress and anxiety.
